Pratik has over two decades of experience in managing large-scale programs and innovations in the social and development sector. He is the Founder Director of Sashakt Foundation which works for adolescent girls and on waste management. He is the President of Prayatna, a Society that works on Gandhian principle. He is also currently working with Aakar Social Ventures which focuses on menstrual hygiene. Pratik has served as the Chief Executive Officer at Magic Bus India Foundation for 6 years before moving on to become the Executive Director for Magic Bus Global operations. An electrical engineering graduate from IIT Delhi, Pratik joined the Civil Services in 1992, where one of his postings was in the National AIDS Control Organization. He then switched to the not-for-profit sector and has worked with the UN Office on Drugs and Crime in New Delhi and Population Services International.
Rup has more than three decades of experience in leading the Human Resource function across corporate as well as the not-for-profit Sector. He is currently the Founder and Principal Consultant at Rachis –HR, a human resource consultancy organization. Rup has been associated with organizations like Siemens, Lucent Technologies, Huawei Technologies, C-DoT and Population Services International. He has designed and led several innovative initiatives in the areas of Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Organization Development, besides partnering with the senior leadership teams to envision and chart out people strategies to meet business goals. With a postgraduate diploma from Institute of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, he is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, an accredited Coach from International Coach Federation and a trainer for the signature program on Steven Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Rashmi Dhamija has more than two decades of experience in the development sector in the SAARC region. She currently works with the International Rice Research Institute as the Director of Corporate Services for India and Nepal. She started with DANIDA and thereafter worked with CARE India for many years. Her previous assignments also include Director Finance and Administration, Population Foundation of India; Director Corporate Services, British High Commission; Regional Manager, Finance & Systems, Oxfam GB (where the region covered six countries- India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Afghanistan). Rashmi is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Vivek has nearly three decades of experience in designing, evaluating and implementing contraceptive social marketing programmes in India, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Nepal and Sudan. He is currently heading Population Health Services India (PHSI) as the Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, PHSI has emerged as a large social marketing organization providing high quality and affordable family planning and reproductive health products to couples across the country. PHSI provides protection from unwanted pregnancy to over four million couples in India annually.
A chartered accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he started his career in the finance sector with Population Services International. He later moved on to Marie Stopes International in 1995 as the Country Director, Uganda before moving back to India in 1999 to found and lead PHSI.
